Miracle Prayer Bible Verses:
Jesus said to his disciples, "You don't have enough faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." Matthew 17:20 NHEB.
If you need a miracle, dear friend, you've come to the right place. Are you looking for miracles? Perfect. Let's talk...
The disciples were frustrated when they approached Jesus because they couldn't cast out a stubborn demon.
Jesus taught that a tiny bit of real faith was only needed to cast out this particular demon. The demon wouldn't respond to these young faithless disciples.
The demon knew Jesus, but he didn't know these disciples (Acts 19:15-16). Demons recognize and fear faithful people; therefore, the demon's response exposed the sad truth of Jesus' young disciples. They had no real faith in Jesus at this point in time.
Jesus actually called the disciples corrupt and faithless moments before this encounter (Matthew 17:17).
The obvious point in this teaching is the principle of pure faith in God, through Christ, being the key to both our salvation and spiritual power.
Rarely is faith taught the way you're about to be taught. Listen closely, because this is critical information for you as a Christian. Don't forget - after God answers your prayer share your personal miracle with us in the form provided below the lesson.
Of course, we can pray for miracles all day long, with or without faith. Our goal, however, is to receive positive answers from God for our miracle prayer.
How do we accomplish such a thing?
The principle for a successful prayer is faith. So, let's zero in on faith. What is faith? Hebrews 11:1 perfectly defines the term, "Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see."
Before discussing this further, let's visit Romans 10:17 in order to find out the source of faith, "So, faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ."
We easily conclude that reading God's word leads to faith. But not simply reading the Bible will do it. Absolutely believing the Bible through obedience is the second step. True faith obeys God (John 14:15).
Third, desiring what God's word leads us to desire is also required for real faith. Saturating your mind and heart to the point that they're shaped by God's word is vital. Finally, asking with full confidence for that exact biblically inspired desire leads to victorious prayer.
Wow! There's your answer. Grow your faith by reading the Bible, obeying its commands, having your heart shaped by God's word, and finally, asking God to fulfill your biblical desires, which in fact are originally his desires.
Faith leads you to pray properly, and the right prayer always gets positive answers from God. Yes, even a miracle prayer!
Usually, excuses start flying at this point. We're not going there today. However, a miracle prayer has been inspired by the Scriptures and written for you to use for such a time as this. Do you need a personal miracle prayer? Let's pray...
Dear Heavenly Father,
Hallowed be thy name
Your kingdom come
and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven
Give us today our daily food
and forgive us our sins as we have forgiven those who sin against us
Let us not be led into temptation
but rescue us from the evil one
O God, your word believed is my faith
Your word obeyed proves it
Lord, fill my desires with your precious truth
Conform me to your will
Make me confident in my prayers
Father God, I believe you created all things good
I believe you desire to restore all things back to good
Right now, my life is not so good, and I'm going to talk to Jesus
Lord! Help me, Jesus!
I read in your word that you performed many miracles.
You fed thousands with only two loaves and five fishes
and you had leftovers!
Lord, you cast out demons because they hurt people
You healed the sick because of your compassion
You raised the dead because you hate sin and death
Jesus, you turned water to wine, walked on water
and gave Living Water to the sinful woman at the well.
O Lord Jesus, you are my compassionate God.
I believe that fact with all my heart.
I'm also listening to your word, Jesus, obeying it, too
You've changed my life through your commands.
You're also shaping me into someone who thinks and talks Scripture
You began a good work in me and I know you'll continue faithfully
Yes, Lord, I only want your Father's will done, nothing more, nothing less, nothing different.
Sometimes, Jesus, I'm sorry to say, I just can't tell what his will is.
I have a miracle prayer request for you, Jesus
I need your compassion because I'm hurting
You may turn me down, Lord, because your thoughts are higher than mine
Your ways are higher than my ways
Your grace shall be sufficient if that's what you desire
That response will be embraced, because it is so true
But, Lord, with all my heart I believe you can and will answer my prayer
Based on your Bible, based on my study,
based on seeking your will with an open, humble heart
I'm going to ask you now, in these inspired words...

I know my request would take a miracle, God
But, when I read your word, I see miracles from cover to cover
You're a God of miracles, and I'm a believer in your word
A miracle isn't sought for my faith, your word alone gives me faith
I do request that your will be done, Lord.
Thank you for tending to my every need, in your way, in your time.
I love you, Lord God Almighty. I praise your awesome and holy name.
This prayer is spoken in honor of Jesus Christ, the living Son of God, Amen.
Peter answered him and said, "Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the waters." Jesus said, "Come!" Peter stepped down from the boat, and walked on the waters to towards him. But when Peter saw the wind, he became afraid, and beginning to sink, he yelled, saying, "Lord, save me!" Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand, took hold of him, and said to him, "You of little faith, why did you doubt me?" Matthew 14:28-31 NHEB.
I will exalt you, my God, the King. I will praise your name forever and ever. Every day I will praise you. I will extol your name forever and ever. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised! Your greatness is unsearchable. Psalm 145:1-3 NHEB.
Men will speak of the might of your awesome acts. I will declare your greatness. They will utter the memory of your great goodness, and will sing of your righteousness. The LORD is gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and of great loving kindness. The LORD is good to all. His tender mercies are over all his works. All your works will give thanks to you, LORD. Psalm 145:6-10 NHEB.
